Muddy Princess is an outdoor 5km obstacle mud run for women – WOMEN ONLY!

Our event is for Princesses of all sizes, ages & fitness levels. We don’t focus on fastest times or competitions, we focus on fun so be prepared to run, walk, crawl, climb, slide, balance & laugh your way along our course for an amazing “girls dirty day out!”

🕖 Registration & Start Times
The venue opens at 7:00 AM for check-in. The first group hits the course at 8:00 AM, with new waves setting off every 15 minutes (8:00, 8:15, 8:30, etc.) until the final batch of the day. You’ll be able to select your preferred time slot during ticket purchase.
Important: For safety reasons, each wave has a limited number of participants. Once full, no extra entries can be added – no exceptions.

⏰ When to Arrive
We recommend arriving at least one hour before your scheduled start time. Head straight to the registration tents to collect your coloured wristband, then enjoy the vibe in our Muddy Village while waiting for your turn.

🚗 Parking Info
Free parking is available at all our venues. We carefully select locations with plenty of space for participants, spectators, and families – so there’s no stress when you arrive.

🚻 Restrooms
Toilets are available on-site. Look out for the signs or ask any crew member for directions.

🎒 Bag Drop
We offer a secure Bag Drop station in the Village (R30 per bag) where you can leave your belongings during the race. Please bring a zip-up bag and avoid bringing any valuables.

👧 Children & Age Policy
Children as young as 6 years can take part, but those under 13 must be accompanied by a registered adult participant. A parent or legal guardian must sign a waiver for all Princesses under 16.
No signed waiver = no participation.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Spectators Welcome!
Bring your family, friends, and biggest fans! No entry fee for spectators. They can hang out in the Village area where they’ll see you start and finish, enjoy food and drinks, and soak up the energy.
Note: We don’t have dedicated viewing areas along the route. While layouts vary by venue, we ask all spectators to remain in the Village out of respect for all participants’ privacy.

🥤 Food & Drinks
A selection of food trucks and drink stalls will be available on-site. Kindly do not bring your own food or beverages – everything you need will be available at the venue.

🏅 Finish Line Fun
Once you cross the finish line, don’t forget to collect your medal and goodie bag — you’ve earned it!
