It’s called the EXTREME FESTIVAL – and that’s an understatement.

South Africa’s premier Circuit Racing Series, presented in association with Smile 90.4 FM, stars our hottest racers, competing in and on some of the country’s fastest cars and motorcycles – and the 2026 series blasts off at Cape Town’s historic Killarney International Raceway on Saturday 14 March.

Get ready for the Extreme Supercars driven by Dunlop, with exotic machines such as Lamborghinis and Porsches, and the SA Touring Car & SATC SupaCup racers in South Africa’s premier wings and slicks tin-top race series.

Thrill to the all-new, all-South African MSA 4 open-wheeler category – but with exposed wheels the slightest touch can be disastrous. This is not a category for sissies.

Astron Energy Polo Cup racing, you’ll discover, is a contact sport. The fields are big and the cars are all identical. That’s a recipe for very robust racing – to put it politely!

FAMILY FRIENDLY with hot food (including Halaal) and cold drinks from a variety of outlets and vendors, live music, market stalls, a fun fair with rides for children of all ages, children’s play areas, pedal karting, bumper cars, a snake show, public karting on the Kart circuit and passenger rides in drift cars on the Castrol Spinning Pitch.
