Have you and the kids ever tried a game of bowling? It’s lots of fun, kids can practice their motor skills and a little competition among the players sparks the excitement. At Let’s Go Bowling in Claremont, kids and adults can enjoy this sport and practice their skills.
It’s all very simple:
- You can either book your slot online or visit them as a walk-in group.
- Kids and adults pay a cover charge of R25 which can be redeemed on food and beverages.
- You pay the standard price for one game of R85 per person.

As bowling is most suitable for older kids (from 7+ years), the little ones need an alternative play area during your visit. The venue offers a dedicated soft KIDZ PLAY area where they cater for toddlers as well as the “older” kids on their super-sized jungle gym, all in a safe and supervised environment, not to mention the free play kiddies rides.
In order to utilize the Kidz Play Area, you need to pay R75 per child, and R45 per child, if the parents are bowling.
Keep up your energy levels with a snack from Pappa G’s
Being in action and rolling those balls can become quite exhausting. So luckily, you can always grab some snacks from Pappa G’s who will be serving delicious munchies such as BBQ Wings, Chicken Strips, Trammezzini, Hot Dogs, Burgers and Pizza. There are also Halaal-friendly menu options available and you won’t leave the place hungy.

Our Experience
We had great fun at playing bowling as a family and the kids were very excited to throw the ball and see their points on the screen. They have a little help for when you are playing with children, so that they don’t get upset when the ball jumps off the lane. For children, they pull up a little barrier on each side of the lane so that they will always hit the pins – so no tears and grumpiness, but lots of fun and entertainment will be guaranteed!
