CIRKids offers aerial classes for children aged 5 to 15 in Cape Town, focusing on disciplines such as aerial hoop, silks, and hammock. Under the guidance of professional aerial artist Fern Hartley, students engage in comprehensive sessions that include warm-ups, flexibility training, conditioning exercises, and learning various spins, tricks, and combinations. These classes aim to enhance upper body and core strength, flexibility, stamina, and coordination in a safe and nurturing environment.
