The Happy Folks Restaurant in Stellenbosch is a nostalgic place for young and old, but comes with a refreshing modern twist! While the best-known 80’s songs keep you entertained during your stay, the little ones can enjoy some indoor and outdoor play time while the adults indulge in their meals or start a little game of dart!
They have amazing interactive in-store games as well as a fabulous play area for children. They certainly made the most of the available space and built a little indoor section which extends to an interesting outdoor jungle gym. The kids can expect slides, monkey bars, a fireman pole and lots of features to balance and climb.
The menu offers a lot of different choices for any taste buds. It varies from Starters, to Nachos, Wraps, Salads, Burgers, Pizza, Sushi to Ribs, Fish and Steak. You can literally eat anything and of course, they also have a separate kiddies menu. The kids menu comes with some crayons and activities to keep the children entertained at the table.
They also have amazing Specials for almost every day of the week. The best Special for families: on a Sunday, kids under the age of 12 eat for FREE. They get one kiddies meal per dining adult. You can find all their Specials here: PROMOS

We always love it when we find new restaurants that totally keep the families in mind. Happy Folks Restaurant is certainly one of those and our children loved the play area which is right next to the lovely outside seating area and we were pleasantly surprised when we learned about their Special where kids eat for free every Sunday. We all enjoyed our food a lot and the kids opted in for pizza and steak while we enjoyed a wrap and salad. We had a great experience and can certainly recommend this place to families with kids of all ages.
