This is a lovely and secure playground in the heart of Oranjezicht. The park is also open to dog owners who let their doggies roam around and have some fun as well. There is plenty of space to run around for the kids (and dogs) and the highlight is surely the huge wooden jungle gym in the center.

The playground is well equipped and features swings, a high slide, Mary-Go-Round and climbing features. Little ones will enjoy it a lot and parents can conveniently sit down on one of the benches and maybe enjoy a coffee from across the road. Ou Meul is located at the corner and you can grab a few snacks and refreshments from there if needed.
The play area is slightly older than what you find on other playgrounds, but still in relatively good condition and the kids can play safely.

On a windy day, it might be too cool to play there as the wind is blowing right down the mountain there. So make sure to visit the park on a warm and sunny day to make the most of it.
