When you’re looking for some waterpark fun not far away from Cape Town City Center, then you must check out the Waterslides in Muizenberg. The park is conveniently located at the beachfront and you can enjoy fabulous mountain and ocean views while cruising down the waterslides.

The waterpark is most suitable for older children as they don’t feature any toddler slides or splash pools for the little ones. So all kids using the slides should be able to swim or at least hold their breath under water. Just in case, there are lifeguards on site and always watching out for the sliders.

If you’re joining the kids as a spectator, you can sit down and relax on one of the many wooden benches with umbrellas or in the shaded area next to the kiosk. There is plenty of space to take a seat and watch over the kiddies having fun in the water. The kiosk serves some basic refreshments as well as hot dogs and ice cream. So you’re definitely able to grab some snacks while you are there.
