If you’re in for a quick round of outdoor miniature golf in town, then this is the place to go! The 18-hole miniature golf course is directly located at the promenade in Sea Point and a perfect activity for the entire family. They feature an easy course and a more challenging course – so it’s up to you where you want to start first.
You can rent all the necessary equipment like golf balls, putters and score cards at the little ticket office right at the entrance. There, you can also grab a few refreshment drinks in case you need to cool off in between games.
Since it’s an outdoor miniature golf course, you obviously want to play in good weather. So on very windy days or when it’s pouring down rain, I wouldn’t recommend going there. Otherwise, it’s a fun activity for kids of all ages and you can get some fun competition going in the family. Just remember to bring along your hats, sunglasses and sunscreen in summer as you won’t find any shaded areas along the golf course.

We love to play a good round of putt putt. Our kids are still too small to have a serious match going on, but they enjoy it anyways and have massive fun when trying to get that tiny ball into the hole and around the obstacles. My husband and I are slightly more competitive and usually play to win. The winner gets ice cream paid by the loser!
If you’re not an experienced golf player it won’t make a huge difference which golf course you pick first. They are both challenging for beginners, but definitely not impossible and you’ll probably get that occasional hole-in-one.
