Rush Trampoline Park / Claremont

A true jumping adventure.

Rush is a massive indoor trampoline park with 1500-2500 square meters of adventure, excitement, fun and challenges. You’ll find 1700 square meters of wall to wall interconnected trampolines, including dodge-ball courts, a 18000 cube foam pit, hydraulic slam dunk basketball hoops, battle Beam and best of all a 4 meter high Performance Wall. They also feature an “Air Walk” where you can play endless “The Floor is Lava” games.

For those of you who rather watch the fun, you can have a seat at their Cafe where you can enjoy coffee, slushies, snacks and cake along with some free WIFI.

As the trampolines become quite hectic during Rush hour (little word game on the side), I personally feel that this indoor play park is most suitable for kids at the age of 5+. You can bring along smaller kids, but they are not allowed to jump on their own and need adult supervision at all times. You also need to reach a certain hight in order to perform some activities like the air walk and toddlers would “only” be able to use the trampolines. They do offer a special toddler session each Friday and Sunday from 09:00 – 10:00

Other special jumping sessions include:

  • Social Sundays from 16:00 – 18:00 for R150 per person
  • Cosmic (glow-in-the-dark jump) from 18:00 – 20:00 for R200 per person

At your first visit, you’ll also need to purchase their specific Rush Socks. You’re not allowed to jump with your own socks and they cost an additional R40 per person.

Birthday Parties

You can also book the venue for an exciting and fun-filled birthday party. The birthday package starts at R315 per person and included the following:

  • 1-hour 45-minute party room access & host
  • 1-hour jump pass each
  • Rush non-slip jump socks each
  • Bottomless slush puppy
  • Popcorn
  • Pick’n mix sweet filled jars
  • Branded sticker filled jar
  • Rush seasonal gift
  • Filtered water
  • Gift voucher for guest of honor/s

Optional extras can be booked on top. Click here to find more information about their birthday package: PARTIES AT RUSH

Our Experience

I went there on my own with the two kids and this experience was slightly overwhelming as it’s super difficult to jump with a toddler and at the same time look after the other child. The kids loved it though and were all over the place. For my 3 and 6 year old kids, some activities were too challenging and we couldn’t do them. So we mostly ended up being on the trampolines and the foam pit. I think older children can enjoy the facility much more and most importantly – jump on their own 🙂 Play time starts on the hour, so make sure to arrive at least 30 minutes earlier as it takes time to put on the socks and store away your personal things. You don’t want that time to come off the valuable jumping hour as this sort of entertainment is rather pricey.
