The Little Gym / Sea Point

The Little Gym in Sea Point is a place where children can enhance and develop new levels of coordination, know how, physical skills and self-confidence even at a very young age. The various classes are tailor-made for children starting from the age of 4 months old and aim to build self-confidence for school, the playground and later in life. The venue is directly located at Regent Road right across the Mojo Market Building.

Through unique programs that revolve around active play, children are introduced to a three-dimensional learning approach in which physical activity is a conduit for nurturing your whole child. Music, movement and motor skills play an integral role during the different classes, but most importantly, children have a lot of fun in a competitive-free and safe environment.

Kiddies Birthday Parties

The Little Gym in Sea Point is surely a very unique venue for a kiddies birthday party as they not only organise the whole table set up, but also run a very child-friendly and fun entertainment programme for the birthday guests. They organise a fully private party for children ages 1-12 years old led and organised by their qualified instructors. The 2-hour event is filled with 90 minutes of music, games, obstacle courses and lots of laughter. The last 30 minutes are then spent in the dedicated party room where the little ones can enjoy the birthday cake and other goodies.

Available time slots are:

Saturday: 15:00 – 17:00
Sunday: 12:30 – 14:30 AND 15:00 – 17:00

The Little Gym provides drinks (water and juices) for the children; the entire table set-up including plates, cutlery and balloons; a Gym T-Shirt for the birthday child and even Little Gym invitations (postcards or digital).

You will need to organise the rest. You can bing in the birthday cake and other food/snacks for the party guests (optional) as well as drinks other than coffee and tea. However, no alcohol is allowed at the facility. You can also bring in party packs for the children if that’s part of your planning.

Our Experience

We were invited for a 4th birthday party and our kids absolutely loved it. They were busy for the full 90 minutes in the gym room and had fun exploring the different obstacles. The instructor was really amazing and using a story-telling approach and cool sound effects, he made it a fun adventure for the kids. They had to “steal” objects, ride horses, capture a villain and much more! All birthday party guests had massive fun and I can only imagine that the classes during the week are just as much fun for all ages.
