Mini Ninjas (0-3 years) can explore the Mini Soft Play Area
This Mini Soft Play area is dedicated to those little ninjas who still need to train their skills and abilities. In this secure area, they won’t be disturbed by any bigger ninjas who might want to compete with them and they can enjoy the Ninja experience in a totally safe way. The Mini Ninja zone is directly located next to the Cafe so that an adult can supervise them at all times and eventually offer help when needed.
The Soft Play area helps them to improve their gross and fine motor skills by offering different activities including stepping stones, rollers, snake forest, mini slides, bag blitz, roller run, and many more.

Conquer the Massive Inflatable Park
The inflatable course is a fun-filled challenge that the whole family can enjoy and the kids will love it! It’s also about failing and getting up again, so the little ones can actually learn a life lesson here.
In the Inflatable course, you will need to master various challenges including climbing, jumping, sliding, bouncing and balancing. You can also swing across different obstacles and develop your Ninja skills to the next level.
Challenge Yourself in the Fixed Obstacle Course
This station certainly requires some more strength and agility. It consists of four different courses that increase in difficulty as you progress. It’s designed for ages 4+, with the last stage merely conquered by even the most experienced Ninja. So this is something fun to work on as you come back for more visits over time and most suitable for the very ambitious warriors. Again, you need to master your balance when crossing obstacles, swing across them, do jumps and use a lot of strength in your arms and legs to keep moving.
Can you beat the Warped Walls?
At Total Ninja, you will find the Warped Wall with different height levels to test your strength, speed and determination as you try to run up and get hold of the edges. It’s massive fun for all ages. Follow in the footsteps of your favourite Ninja Warriors as seen on TV. If our 4 year old daughter managed to beat the Wall, you can do it too!
Get a little Competition going in the Strike Arena
If you love a little competition or team challenge, the Strike Arena is for you! Who can score the most points in a specific time-period? In case you are up for the challenge, you will have to get past a lot of different obstacles testing your strength, speed, and skill. For that little extra motivation, you can check out the leaderboard and try to achieve the next highest score!
It’s Wipeout Time
This thrilling activity requires all your skills when you jump, dodge, and test your balance against other competitors. Since this is quite exhilarating challenge, you will have to be 8 years or older to make use of this action-packed activity. Unfortunately, the little ones can only join in on the fun from the spectator perspective and they can cheer you on as you aim to be the last one standing.
The Cafe & Shop
In case you get hungry in between all the action, you can sit down at one of their many tables in the generous seating area and grab something delicious to eat from the halal friendly cafe. The kids will be delighted about their slushies and sweet treats while the adults can enjoy a more hearty meal such as pizza, burgers, wraps, toasties, and more. They also have a kiddies menu and every plate comes with an impressive Ninja Warrior decoration.

Total Ninja offers a variety of pricing options to suit everyone. You can simply pick your preferred option, book tickets online or rock up at the venue to find out if they can accommodate you on that day and hour. Online bookings are highly encouraged to ensure you get an available time slot.
You will also be asked to fill out a waiver before all the fun and action is about to start. You can either fill it out online or directly at the venue.
At your first visit, you’ll also need to purchase their specific Total Ninja Socks for extra grip at R45 per pair.
